ineffective fanchaotic service
The room got quite stuffy. I'm sure it wasn't just me! the provided fan was about as effective as a chocolate teapot. breakfast service resembled a chaotic circus. items were requested multiple times. It seems they were auditioning for a mime troupe.

the location was acceptable (close to everything).
the room was uncomfortably hot despite the mild weather outside. i suspect it was due to the proximity to the kitchen and dining area below. the breakfast service was also disappointing. it was very crowded and slow, and i had to ask for things repeatedly (i saw other guests experiencing similar issues).
